Vintage Brunette Long Hair American Girl Barbie Doll High Color 1960s. Barbie is second hand so will need work to fix her up a bit. Her head does appear to be darker than her body unsure of the reason for that. Marks that I can see unsure if they will come off with a good scrub or not.
